SUS304不銹鋼清洗儲液箱、 國內高壓水泵、化工泵、管道泵，均按照客戶需求量身定做。可連續長時間工作、內置式安全發熱系統、可調式溫度控制系統、安全及操作簡便、可按客戶要求設計及制造 。

儲液箱采用單層結構，采用SUS304不銹鋼板制作；內部用隔板分成幾個區域，分別實現對清洗液的過濾、鐵屑的沉淀、濾油、分油；儲液箱設有補水口、排液口、溢水口。底部為兩邊向中間傾斜，清洗液從液箱底部的排液口集中排出。

液箱裝有液位控制器，液位異常時及時提醒補水、停水。異常情況實現緊急停機。

防銹箱內部裝有不銹鋼電加熱器，在30～60分鐘內將液體由室溫升至使用溫度。溫度自動控制在10～90℃范圍，人工設定、自動控制。設有溫控儀表自動顯示。液箱外貼保溫棉，防止熱量散發。
