超聲波發生器和超聲波換能器常見的問題：

Common problems with ultrasonic generators and ultrasonic transducers:

超聲波振子受潮，可以用兆歐表檢查與換能器相連接的插頭，檢查絕緣電阻值就可以判斷基本情況，一般要求絕緣電阻大于5兆歐以上。如果達不到這個絕緣電阻值，一般是換能器受潮，可以把換能器整體（不包括噴塑外殼）放進烘箱設定100℃左右烘干3小時或者使用電吹風去潮至阻值正常為止；

If the ultrasonic oscillator is damp, a megohmmeter can be used to check the plug connected to the transducer. By checking the insulation resistance value, the basic situation can be determined. Generally, the insulation resistance should be greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, it is generally due to moisture in the transducer. The transducer as a whole (excluding the spray coated shell) can be placed in an oven set at around 100 ℃ and dried for 3 hours, or a hair dryer can be used to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal;

般振子出現脫膠以后超聲波電源輸出的功率正常，但是由于振子與振動面連接不好，振動面的振動效果不好，長時間后由于能量無法釋放出去，很可能會燒壞振子。振子脫膠對于用戶來說維修起來是比較麻煩的，一般情況只能送回生產廠家進行維修處理。避免振子脫膠有效的方法是平時使用中注意不撞擊振動面；
