1、超聲波換能器脫落，這種情況多見于使用時間較長的實驗室清洗器，因為大部分廠家實驗室用超聲波清洗器采用不銹鋼拉伸槽，換能器固定只能靠粘膠劑固定，使用時間過長，一般兩三年后，換能器就會脫落；工業用超聲波清洗機，多采用螺釘加粘膠的固定方式，一般很少出現這種情況。
